The set of Loose Ends (written by Frank Vickery).
May 2014's 'Loose Ends' by Frank Vickery.
Directed by Paul Rees.
As well as our three annual main ‘Major’ productions (in November, March and May) we put hold regular club nights on Thursday evenings at 7.30, designed to be learning experiences for our members. Everyone is welcome to come to these as audience members and give constructive feedback as part of the formative experience. We have a thriving Youth Workshop section for Junior Members.
We also welcome visiting companies, host acoustic music events, occasional comedy nights and social evenings. In addition, we endeavour to accommodate various community groups and support selected local charities.

Neath Little Theatre held its inaugural meeting at the MC Cafe in Neath on 26th September 1935, when the existing Neath Amateur Dramatic Society joined with local professionals to form NLT.
A month later, the first headquarters opened in Water Street on 31st October. Members aimed to learn about all aspects of stage craft. Money was short, and out of necessity, the first ‘Major’ production was staged for three nights at the Gwyn Hall in January 1936.
Having survived the hardships of the Second World War, members worked tirelessly to raise funds for an improved headquarters. As a result, the current building in Westernmoor Road opened in February 1955.
Now with nearly 300 full length plays to our name, we continue to aim to provide a wide variety of plays for our audiences.
